My background in Accounting, Government positions doing payroll, taxes, and a variety of office duties, and running my own business from Sales to Purchasing nuts and bolts, gives me a wide range of experience and the ability to adapt to ever changing situations. I enjoy helping my clients go from dreaming about home ownership to having the keys to their new home. Equally important consulting clients to decide whether to sell, stay, rent, or other options that might suit their needs. Personally, my husband and I enjoy walking the mountains that surround us here, playing tennis, and movies of every type. I have one daughter and two grown grand children.

  • Analyze, verify credit, work, and personal history of all desirable tenants  
  • Be available to show your property, sign leases, and receive deposits       
  • Contracts designed for your needs and the uniqueness of your properties
  • Collect monthly rents and view the property regularly for infractions         
  • Demand compliance of laws and lease agreements including legal action
  • Effectively maintain outside areas with yard maintenance or minor repairs
  • Follow all tenant and landlord laws and rules while managing properties  
  • Make suggestions for improvements or repairs and remodeling as needed
  • Provide safety rules and inspect for any safety problems to be resolved   
  • Require tenants to have and maintain a Renter's Insurance Policy             
  • Serve notices when tenants are late or in non compliance in a lawful manner
