El Dorado County is at the heart of California's Gold Rush country, often called the "Mother Lode."  Folsom Lake and rolling foothills are on our western border with Sacramento County.

The welcoming community of El Dorado Hills, one of the most prestigious residential areas in northern California, is situated in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains, between the San Francisco Bay area and the scenic Lake Tahoe basin.

Cameron Park is a warm community of more than 15,000 residents approximately 30 miles east of Sacramento and 70 miles west of South Lake Tahoe. Larry Cameron originally established this area in the 1950's as a 150-acre cattle ranch. Today we are a rural mix of large ranches, residential, and business properties

Shingle Springs, CA grew from a mining town to a quaint destination for visitors to El Dorado County. It is right on Highway 50 between Cameron Park and Placerville.
